Cupping Therapy

Cupping is an ancient technique - predominantly Eastern but used also in the West - in which heated cups are applied to the body and, as the air cools, underlying tissue is raised by being "sucked" part way into the cup. The stimulation of this effects is, in this book, dealt with in the context of TCM principles and theory. This book explores and describes techniques of cupping in the context of TCM therapy.
