1 tsp Turmeric
1-2 Tbsp Dry berries of you chose (yes you can have fresh too)
2-4 Dates
1-2 Tbsp Nuts
1 pinch Bi-carb
1-2 tsp Cacao
1-2 Tbsp Oats
1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tbsp Seed and Grain Mix
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour or Desiccated Coconut
20g (1 tbsp) Honey or Maple syrup
Fill with Water, Milk, Coconut Water, etc.
