Ingredients
- 50g Ccacao Butter
- 50g coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 65g malt syrup/maple syrup/honey
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Cooking Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tsp water
Instructions
Dissolve salt in water.
Melt oil and cacao butter in a bowl over double boiler
Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth and glossy.
Pour into molds or a tray/dish lined with baking paper
Notes: You can play with the amount of cacao butter and coconut oil. my son likes 25g coconut oil and 75g cacao butter.
