Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

  •  50g cacao butter
  •  50g coconut oil
  •  1/2 cup cacao powder
  •   1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
  •   65g malt syrup/maple syrup/honey 
  •  1/2 tsp Himalayan Cooking Salt
  •  1 tbsp milk powder
  •   1 tsp water

Instructions

Melt oil and cacao butter in a bowl over hot water.
Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth and glossy. 
Pour into molds or a tray/dish lined with baking paper
